Playa Blanca

I use a mobilty scooter and checked accessibility before booking yes the villa is fine but on arrival there are no drop kerbs to gain access.Scooter would not go into bedroom or bathroom so not really disabled friendly but I did manage for four weeks, just.Facilites are fine and was cleaned weekly.Very good wifi and TV.

We arrived early evening - property did not strike us as being cleaned. ( Mouse/rat pellets in bedroom not good). My wife spent quite some time next day cleaning floor etc. We have stayed in Jardin del Sol many times and know it well. We then settled in and enjoyed our stay. A lovely small property in a lovely area.

Deberían preparar mejor la casa. La terraza se ve desangelada y las tumbonas sin cojines, ya no son las de las fotos. Hay insectos, los de dentro se deberían evitar. Los de fuera, como mosquitos, que hay muchos, con unas simples mosquiteras en las ventanas sería suficiente. Detalles como poner pilas en los mandos de la tele, o alguna bombilla fundida, deberían revisarse antes de llegar los huéspedes y no esperar a que ellos soliciten nada. Hemos dormido mal, al no poder abrir ventanas. Y es lástima porque son detalles que podrían subsanarse poniendo un poco de atención.

Entendemos perfectamente cómo estos problemas afectaron a su comodidad durante su estancia y lamentamos sinceramente las molestias que le causaron. El anfitrión nos ha informado de lo siguiente: Se han colocado nuevas tumbonas, ya que las antiguas se habían roto. Los mosquitos se debían a la depuradora de la zona, problema que ya se ha resuelto. Agradecemos su sugerencia sobre las mosquiteras. Se han tomado nota de algunos problemas básicos de mantenimiento, como la falta de pilas en los mandos a distancia de los televisores y una bombilla fundida. Lamentablemente, el anfitrión no fue informado de estos problemas durante su estancia, ya que los habría resuelto inmediatamente. Estos problemas ya se han solucionado. Hemos compartido sus comentarios con el anfitrión para garantizar que se preste más atención y cuidado en la preparación de futuras estancias. ¡Su equipo de Holidu!

Der Bungalow ist funktional eingerichtet, sehr sauber, teilweise aber etwas abgewohnt, die terrassenmöbel könnten erneuert werden. Die Lage ist jedoch perfekt. Nah zum Strand und Promenade, Supermärkte in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar
