This 3.5 duplex bedroom apartment is located within walking distance of the beache Bouillabaisse, the harbour and the romantic village of St Tropez with all its great shops and delightful restaurants. The light-flooded, 68 sqm apartment, which extends like a house over 3 levels, is located opposite the sea on the 1st floor, And is located in a guarded, private residence and has a 35 m Olympic large Pool and private parking. You have a wonderful view of the pool, palm trees and the sea. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and is luxuriously equipped. A bright, large living-dining area with fully equipped, modern kitchen and XXL fridge (also with coffee-espresso machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave) invites you to enjoy. A large dining table can accommodate 6 people. A chaise longue, sofa that can be folded out to a lying surface of 180x200 cm, offers further sleeping space for an additional 2 people! The two quiet bedrooms facing the rear with access to the sunny south-facing balcony each have generous double beds (1.60x2m) and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The spacious shower room with jet shower with many functions and a big double washbasin offer a lot of comfort. A separate toilet is also located on this 2nd floor. A large storage room in the entrance area with fitted wardrobes and washing machine-dryer completes the space.
