The house features modern conveniences, such as centralized A/C, private hot-tub, expansive TV lounge, spacious kitchen, and fast wifi, while maintaining its old-world charm.

There's an indoor and outdoor dining area, each sitting 6 people, as well as a 4-person card table in the piano room. There's also a breakfast bar with 3 stools and laundry room in the basement for your use.

The outdoor table is covered and adjacent to the 12-person hot tub. The deck offers an expansive view of Lake Washington, while the hammock in the lower garden provides a quiet respite.

This is an ideal home base to unwind between World Cup games and to celebrate after matches, with multiple indoor and outdoor communal spaces.
