You’ll find a bright, friendly, and spacious basement apartment with its own private entrance. The 52-square-meter apartment offers all kinds of amenities: a well-equipped kitchen, a very cosy couch, a large king-size bed, a 43" Ultra HD Smart TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a brand-new and stylish bathroom with a rain shower and lava sink, and a Nespresso machine for the morning after!

Centrally located but very quiet, as it’s situated on a large private lot. The centre of St. Tönis / Tönisvorst is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can park right on the property. Everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, shopping, bakeries, cafés, etc.) is just a few minutes away city centre...

Free parking is always available; here’s some information if you’d like to walk: City centre with a pedestrian zone (5 min.), a large REWE supermarket (5 min.), public transport (bus stop 2 min.), train station (5–6 minutes), pizzeria & kebab stand (3 min.)—so everything you need is truly within walking distance...
