We loved our stay in Castine! Ina was readily available for any questions while we were there. The gardens were beautiful, and the house was so clean. The kids loved all the kid books in the reading room, and the art throughout the house was so beautiful. Just a note that the steps up to the nice airy upstairs room/bathroom are very steep for older people or little kids, but there is a door at the bottom to latch for safety. Thank you for such a great stay!

Ina was a wonderful hostess. The home had a very lovely kitchen with anything you could want. The location was very convenient to downtown Castine. Remember your laptop if you want to watch a movie or such- no television but lots and lots of books! The view and back yard area were great!

What a wonderful home. We feel really lucky to have found Ina‘s rental. It was our first visit to Castine, and it was the perfect introduction. We loved being on a historical property and all the beautiful furnishing and touches throughout, and the amazing collection of books. Kind of wish we had more time to just hang around the house! Beautiful kitchen. Comfortable beds. Everything clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
