The property measures 215 square meters, spread over two floors. With its three bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom), open-concept kitchen and living area, loft, and sauna, it can accommodate up to eight guests. The beautiful garden is the perfect spot to enjoy the sea air. Equipped with a grill and high-quality patio furniture, it invites you to relax and enjoy cozy outdoor BBQs.<br><br>Are you looking for a spacious and stylish place to stay for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea? <br>Then our “Kate” mill is your best choice. The mill has just been restored, combining modern interior design with the old-world charm of the thatched cottage. <br><br>“Kate,” with 215 square meters of living space spread over two floors, can accommodate up to 8 guests.<br>On the first floor, which is approximately 130 square meters, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen with a spacious living and dining area, a sauna, a bedroom with an en-suite shower room, an utility room with a washer and dryer, and a guest restroom. <br><br>The first room of the property, located on the first floor, measures 23 square meters and is equipped with a cozy double box-spring bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Not to be overlooked is the beautiful view of the countryside, which you can enjoy directly from the bedroom.<br><br>Also located on the first floor is the kitchen, which features high-quality appliances such as a ceramic cooktop with a Bora exhaust system, an oven, a steam cooker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment—inviting you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them with friends or family in the adjacent, spacious dining area. <br><br>The large sofa and reading nook are perfect for relaxing.
