The built-in kitchenette, equipped with an oven, is located in the living/dining area and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals. The furnishings also include a cosy armchair, a coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs—perfect for enjoying meals together.

The apartment features a modern shower room/bathroom and satellite TV for entertainment. The furnished southwest-facing balcony is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

A private underground parking space is available for your use. As a special bonus, our guests can use the building’s swimming pool and Finnish sauna free of charge*.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a two-minute walk from the magnificent sandy beach in Döse, the Kormoran apartment building (equipped with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, and new infrared sauna*) offers the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort.

Our individually furnished apartments are easily accessible via an lift, and all feature southwest-facing balconies for relaxing in the sun. For added convenience, washing machines and dryers are available for a small fee. In addition, each apartment has its own designated parking space.

The modernised sauna area, featuring a Finnish sauna, a new infrared sauna, and an additional reading room, invites you to relax and unwind—a real bonus for a restful holiday any time of year.

The location of Haus Kormoran is ideal: nearby you’ll find shopping options, a selection of restaurants, and bus stops for lines 1006 and 1007.

Nature and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby spa park with its large adventure playground and zoo, as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach. The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is also just a few minutes away—perfect for families.
