A private outdoor parking space is available. There is a private, free Wi-Fi connection. When the fold-down bed is in use, access to the terrace is only possible from the outside and not from the inside through the terrace door.<br><br>Balcony/Terrace<br>On the terrace, our guests can sit back in two high-backed chairs and enjoy the view of the marina. Each holiday home offers a private parking space directly in front of the house and a second parking space nearby. Some of the homes are equipped with their own sauna (House 22 and House 22-B) or a steam sauna (House 20-D).
