3-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor of House LUV. This 3-room holiday apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people and features 2 bathrooms (1 with toilet and shower / 1 with toilet and bathtub). It features a living/dining room and 2 bedrooms, as well as a separate kitchen with a modern built-in kitchen, including various appliances. The living room features a sofa bed. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also has its own balcony. The other bedroom has two single beds and also has space for an additional travel cot. Cable TV is available in both the living room and the bedroom. Multimedia system in the living room. The apartment features a furnished west-facing balcony and a furnished east-facing balcony. The complex includes a grassy play area and playground equipment. A garage parking space is also included and can be used free of charge. The swimming pool in the adjacent building is available for free!

Whether young or old, everyone will find something to enjoy in the extremely popular Luv & Lee houses, located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a two-minute walk from the idyllic sandy beach. Each of our apartments has its own parking space or garage. There are also two separate rooms between the buildings available for your bicycles.

Enjoy free access to our on-site swimming pool* and, if needed, use our washing machines and dryers for a small fee.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, a bus stop, and various restaurants. For our younger guests, there’s a large play fort on the beach and the spacious “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park. The heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach is also just a short walk away.
