The bright, open living space invites you to relax: A separate dining area and a cosy sofa set—which can be pulled out into a large double bed if needed—create space for quality time together and restful nights. The separate bedroom with a double bed offers additional comfort and privacy.

For entertainment, you’ll have access to a modern smart TV and unlimited free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals however you like, while the bathroom with shower and toilet offers modern amenities. On the balcony, you can sit back, enjoy the fresh air, and wind down at the end of the day.

For even more relaxation, the building features a spacious swimming pool with a counter-current system and a Finnish sauna—both of which you can, of course, use free of charge. A designated parking space on the parking deck rounds out the amenities.

Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully located holiday apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s just about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 holiday apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.

Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to your apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
