Private: garden (fenced) wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 700 m, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Platja de Riells", diving center 1 km. Sports harbour 1 km. Nearby attractions: Ruinas greco-romanas d'Empuries 3.7 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 26 km, Parque acuatico Aquabrava de Roses 27 km, Skydive Empuriabrava 23 km, Casino-Festival de Perelada 30 km, Pitch and Putt Gualta - 18 hoyos 15 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen).
