New Villa Tequila with a private heated pool, hot tub, and Wi-Fi

The beautiful Villa Tequila is a new, spacious, and modern property featuring stylish, high-end design and reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling). It is located in a quiet neighborhood just 650 meters from the beach and is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

An outdoor 5-person Jacuzzi is included.

The ground floor features an air-conditioned 60 m² living room with a large flat-screen Smart TV (DTT and international channels), fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and a 140 cm sofa bed, alongside a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Also on the ground floor is a large, air-conditioned master suite with a 180 cm bed (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, and toilet), plus a separate guest toilet.

The first floor, accessible via an internal staircase in the living room, comprises four bedrooms:

One of these suites is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV (satellite receiver for DTT and international channels).

Outside, you will find a large, sunny swimming pool (9.50 m x 3.00 m, 1.60 m deep), an outdoor shower, a pleasant summer lounge area with six sun loungers, a 13 m² bioclimatic covered terrace featuring the Jacuzzi, and a large table for evening meals by the barbecue.

The pool is heated from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The heat pump kicks in below 28°C, though it depends on the weather...
We gain about eight to ten degrees over the average daytime outdoor temperature.

Parking for 2–3 vehicles is available within the fully enclosed property.
