The open atmosphere, with plenty of light streaming in from all sides and high ceilings in the modern, airy design of a beach house, gives you room to breathe. In the open-concept sleeping area, you’ll drift off together in a high-quality, comfortable 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed (including bedding: small and large pillows and comforters). Its comfort ensures a restful night’s sleep and a relaxed start to the day.

Experience luxury and a sense of security in your own sauna, cosy warmth by the modern gas fireplace, or a relaxing soak in the bathtub integrated into the living room. Whether you’re simply listening to music, enjoying a film, or gazing out at nature and the lake right from the bathtub.
And if you don’t feel like going out to eat, prepare your own dinner in the fully equipped kitchenette. Everything you need is provided. Modern kitchen appliances—whether a microwave, multifunction oven, or induction cooktop; a spacious refrigerator or large freezer compartment—make feasting a breeze. And afterwards, the dishwasher quickly ensures clean dishes again. Additionally, a Nespresso machine with a milk frother (basic set of 6 capsules included) is available, or for those who prefer a classic approach, a French press.

The two identically furnished luxury lofts are located on the upper floor of a modern holiday home (completion in 2022) featuring three separate, top-of-the-line luxury holiday apartments in the village of Sietow. Separate staircases lead you to your terrace and into your apartment.
The floors of the holiday apartments are covered with high-quality porcelain stoneware (tiles) in a herringbone pattern, and underfloor heating (controllable per room) ensures cosy warmth. In the separate storage room, you’ll find a washer-dryer combo available for free use (please bring your own detergent), along with an iron and ironing board. Insect screens are also provided, as is free Wi-Fi access. The floor-to-ceiling windows, patio doors, and the window in the sauna flood the rooms with light; some of the windows feature electrically operated sliding shutters to provide privacy or shade. The roof is equipped with additional heat protection, which—even on hot days—combined with the closed sliding shutters, ensures a comfortable temperature in the rooms for a restful night
