Pure relaxation for the whole family!! Nestled in the heart of Mecklenburg’s lake district, right on the shores of Germany’s largest inland lake, the Müritz, lies our fully equipped holiday suite D.101. Our apartment is located in the heart of the Maremüritz Marina Resort. Here, you can unwind and let nature work its magic on you. The cosy spa area, featuring a sauna and a 15-meter-long heated outdoor pool with water at 25 degrees, offers a truly relaxing experience for young and old alike. Swim a few laps here while enjoying the view of the historic old town of Waren. This wonderful experience is rounded out by a Finnish sauna and a bio-sauna. Boost your immune system with the occasional sauna infusion. In addition, the resort has its own small swimming beach located just about 100 metres from the holiday rental. Other swimming options include Feisnecksee (900 metres away) and the so-called “Volksbad” (3 kilometres away) on Lake Müritz.
The resort offers a varied culinary selection at its new on-site restaurant, Bella Riva.
In addition to a hearty breakfast, lunch, and coffee and cake, there’s also the option of a cosy dinner for the whole family. If you’d rather make yourself comfortable in our beautiful holiday rental without going to much trouble, the resort offers a take-out option as well as an optional breakfast and bread roll delivery service or meal kits.

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles gut organisiert. Die Wohnung war großzügig bemessen und für Familien bis zu zwei Kindern optimal. Service im Hauptgebäude sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine aber feine Speisekarte (alles wirklich sehr lecker!) Das Serviceteam war hervorragend! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Einzig die Beschreibung der Ausrichtung der Wohnung war etwas ungenau. (Straßenseite nicht Seeseite!)

Tolles Appartement

Die Wohnung ist luxuriös ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Selbst für unseren Hund waren Hundebett und Näpfe vorhanden. Die Reinigung könnte auf Lampen und in versteckten Ecken ein wenig gründlicher sein. Das einzige, was uns tatsächlich gestört hat, war die direkt vorm Haus liegende Straße, weil wir im Vergleich zu unserem Zuhause nicht an regelmäßigen Autoverkehr gewöhnt sind. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt aber gut gefallen.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Ufer der Müritz in einem Resort mit mehreren Häusern und Wohneinheiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber, ordentlich und verfügt über einen langen Balkon, der von beiden Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer aus begehbar ist. Die Möblierung, Ausstattung und der Zimmerservice (Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel) sind sehr gut. Wenn man jeden Tag kochen möchte, ist der Platz in der Küche (vor allem Arbeitsflächen) allerdings begrenzt.Zum Resort gehört eine sehr schöne Poolanlage mit Sonnenliegen. Der Bereich ist super, das Wasser sogar temperiert. Jedoch wird an warmen Tagen die Fläche schnell komplett in Anspruch genommen. Eine größere Außenanlage mit Liegefläche wäre toll.Die Ferienanlage liegt am Ortsrand von Waren. Es bieten sich Spaziergänge entlang des Müritzufers, durch den Wald und in den Ort (Altstadt und Stadthafen) an.Insgesamt hatten wir zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher) einen erlebnisreichen und erholsamen Urlaub und können die Ferienanlage weiter empfehlen.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist funktional und stilvoll eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Allerdings wäre es bezüglich der Küche wünschenswert, dass einiges mehr an "Grundausstattung" vorhanden ist, z.B. mehr Müllbeutel, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw.

Wir würden super freundlich begrüßt und es wurde alles gut erklärt. Die Wohnung in der zweiten Reihe (leider kein Blick auf die Müritz) aber das war nicht schlimm. Die Unterkunft, die Anlage und das Personal sind wunderbar. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielen Dank für ein erholsames Wochenende, auch von unseren Kindern

Schönes Apartment

Das Apartment war sauber und ziemlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett war sehr gemütlich und das witzige Doppelstock-Schlafsofa hat den Kindern auch sehr gefallen. Uns ist bei der Buchung entgangen, dass sich das Apartment im Erdgeschoss befindet. Aber es gibt elektronische Rollläden, so dass man sich auch als „ängstlicher“ Urlauber sicher fühlt. Eigentlich ist das wichtigste Equipment vorhanden und qualitativ sehr hochwertig, jedoch könnte hier noch ein wenig mehr aufgestockt werden. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Lieber Gast, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch die Baustelle vor dem Haus (die zeitnah abgeschlossen wurde), die für Sie zu niedrige Couch und die Stadt Waren nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Leider wurden die Bauarbeiten kurzfristig und ohne Vorankündigung angesetzt – wir hätten Sie andernfalls selbstverständlich vorab informiert. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten möchten wir uns nochmals entschuldigen und hoffen, dass die Rückerstattung von 20 % des Buchungspreises zumindest etwas zur Wiedergutmachung beitragen konnte. Ihr Feedback zur Couch nehmen wir ernst und werden es bei unseren nächsten Einrichtungsgestaltungen berücksichtigen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie vielleicht doch eines Tages wieder als Gast begrüßen zu dürfen. Herzliche Grüße
