Our host was very responsive. The water wasn’t working when we arrived, but we notified the owner, left for dinner, and when we returned it was fixed.

The inside apartment itself was very clean- I tried to find the cleaner on site ( she was there but busy likely) because despite being disappointed in the lack of hominess, it was very clean. The neighborhood was a bit rougher than I expected- tires in the yard, overgrown foliage- trash cans overflowing on the street (not for this place but it was still an ick factor sorry. The shower door was off the track so we didn’t want to take a shower for fear of breaking it. The beds were okay but out of everything in a VRBO I always can overlook just about anything if the beds are comfortable. - bedding needs to be replaced- ‘pilly’. The towels were clean but rough. We were there just one night and it served the purpose. The owners very graciously allowed us an earlier check in due to church services. I honestly don’t mean to offend but I think a bit more work is needed for this to be 5 star.
