The Space:

It is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Stairs need to be used to get to the apartment.



You will have the studio to yourselves, with:

Guest Access:

Within the complex, you will find bars and water parks, as well as other additional services, all of which have an additional cost.



We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay..



The Neighborhood:

It is located in an area called Puerto Juárez, very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. If you decide to rent a car, you can also reach the pristine beach of Isla Blanca.

For your meals, there is a variety of restaurants with options for all tastes, ranging from local to international cuisine. If you need to shop for anything, stores and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. *

Additionally, the All Ritmo complex offers bars and water parks for your entertainment. Explore the area and immerse yourself in the relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere that characterizes it.



Getting Around:

To reach your beachfront paradise, consider these transportation options:



Public Transportation: The property is conveniently located near bus stops that connect to downtown Cancun and other tourist areas. Ask the resort staff for information regarding schedules and routes.



Taxi and Shuttles: Taxis and shuttle services are readily available to take you to your destination. You can request them at the front desk or via mobile apps.



Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. We recommend booking a transfer in advance for greater convenience.



Parking: We offer secure and free parking for our guests. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing your vehicle is protected while you explore Cancun.

Before your arrival we will ask you for a photo of the passport or identification of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.



The apartment is beachfront. Feel free to enjoy the beach. The photos are real and recent, take into account that in some season you might find sargassum in the country, usually in hot months but it is random. If you find sargassum we suggest you spend the day in Isla Mujeres, the Ferry is very close.
