Wonderful views from balcony. Great shower and kitchen facilities were good. Bed super comfortable - sofa not so much. Housekeeping was awesome. Excellent value for money. The only concern was getting potable water. You could buy it at the hotel store but for 4x the price at the grocery store. Our host was immediately responsive to any concerns.

Great place to stay!

Roxane the host was amazing and was very attentive always answered my questions and laury the person who cleaned our room left It impeccable. The are was great and short walk to the beach internet worked great we had no problems at all. Thank you again to the host!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was small but great for cooking some breakfast with coffee and enjoy the awesome view from the balcony. The location was good, just a short walk to the beach. The R1 and R2 bus were easy to get around with. It was only 12 pesos. You could hop on right by the Solymar.

This is the third time we have stayed here and love it. A clean, safe, comfortable room and area. The shower pressure is awesome!! The pool area will be very nice when completed. We look forward to our next visit.

Reasonable price for an older hotel/resort

Nice views; Owner was very responsive. Based on size of room - for adult only stays, would recommend for 2 ppl only. Do not recommend all inclusive as food variety is very limited.

Perfect stay right at the beach

We really enjoyed staying in this studio apartment. Quick 30 second walk down to the beach and access to the pools at the hotel and for an extra fee, the buffet. Roxanna was lovely to deal with, she arranged transport from the airport through a very affordable shuttle service and was available to answer any questions throughout our entire stay. Would definitely return to this apartment for another stay!!

Great beachfront and fully equipped condo

Convenient to the airport and public transportation (city buses and taxis), good kitchenette and very comfortable king bed as well as a nice deck overlooking the crystal gulf waters. Easy check in. Owner supplied thick beach towels and beach items, and the resort has shaded areas and lounge chairs as well as awesome pools. We will definitely stay here next time and spend an extra day just relaxing.

This property was the best in Cancun... The Resort permits.use of all their amenities and the beach is picturesque. It's like from a movie. Your balcony overlooks the beach and the pool. This unit comes fully furnished with a kitchen and is an amazing price for the area. We enjoyed our vacation here immensely. We would book again.

Fun time

Roxanne was great to deal with, place was stocked with everything you need to cook and go to the beach. Beach was very nice, with palapa, recliners, and moderate surf which wa s fun. Lifeguards on duty. We would recommend this play

Amazing Stay

My sister and I visited Cancun for the first time last week and our condo was nice, clean, and had an amazing view. Mr Rhodes picked us up from the airport and took us back to a super early flight out. He was available If we needed him our entire stay. We only stayed 3 days and I needed at least 5! We will be back and will be staying at the same place!

Short but Sweet Stay

We had a nice stay at this studio apartment. It was great to see and hear the ocean from our balcony and it was a short walk to the beautiful beach. The ocean was beautiful and refreshing. There aren’t any options for dinner except for the on-site restaurant or a taxi into the centro for a restaurant. We’d stay here again en route to the airport for an early morning flight.

Gerhod and Roxana are fantastic!

Nicely updated room with a great view. The beach is very nice. Get to the pool early if you want a chair. It's a bit far from any action, so stay further north if you're in to nightlife, and not having to take long bus rides. Overall...middle of the road resort.

Summer Getaway

Spent our last few days here. The studio is very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here a few times previously and will stay again. I rated the check in low due to a mix up with vrbo and the host the day we were to check in. Which made this day stressful.

Great Relaxing Getaway

The condo had everything I needed. The complex has a good buffet style restaurant, the pool was relaxing and the beach was beautiful! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Transportation is a breeze. It’s 12 pesos (.60 US cents) to ride the bus from end to end or stop anywhere in between. There’s an orange bus and a red bus that come every 3 minutes. The orange bus has air conditioning, the red bus does not. I’ll be back!
