This property is a detached house with private pool. It is situated in a quiet south-west position among olive groves and vineyards overlooking the Bay of Roses. The beach and the center after Rosa is about 3 km.
This tasteful and typical Mediterranean-style house has a nice double bedrooms plus a bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a spacious guest toilet with wash basin.
Comfortable living / dining room with satellite-TV, beautiful bright and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The house is also equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
There is also a roof terrace of 20 sqm with a beautiful view of the bay of Rosas.
Large pool terrace with private pool (salt water 8x4m) and outdoor shower (cold / warm)

Very nice holiday

We've had a wonderful holiday. Daphne is an amazing hostess! Always available and very friendly. The house was almost as discribed. We missed airconditioning in the smallest bedroom. It was very hot for our 2 daughters. We've missed a few things in the house: normal glasses (there were only bearpulls), a mixer (we've made soup but couldn't mix it), oven dishes (I like to cook when we're on a holiday but because there weren't any oven dishes I couldn't prepair anything in the oven) On the other hand: the matress in the masterbedroom was amazing! We've slept like a baby! The pool was also very nice! Overall we've had a great holiday in this house.

Alles top!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Haus in Mas Fumats, Roses. Die Ankunft und Abreise haben reibungslos funktioniert, sowie auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Peschel. Wir können dieses ruhig gelegene Haus nur empfehlen. Sowohl der Außenbereich mit Pool und Dachterrasse (mit Meerblick), als auch der Innenbereich des Hauses sind sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten absolut bequem. Mit dem eigenen Pkw ist man in wenigen Minuten in Roses, außerdem gibt es in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung viele lohnende Ausflugsziele.

Schönes, ruhiges Haus

Ein schönes Haus das alles hat was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Ein paar kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen könnten gemacht werden (Perlatoren im Bad und WC und die Abflüsse von Dusche und der Terrasse.) Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen da alles gepasst hat. Einkaufen ca. 5min mit dem Auto. Der Urlaub war sehr schön.

Nos alojamos mi pareja y nuestros dos pugs Happy Y Harry durante 15 días esperando poder desconectar y disfrutar de las instalaciones de la casa. Tenemos que decir, que todo es tal como explica el anuncio e incluso supera las expectativas. Es una propiedad cómoda, limpia, con la cocina totalmente equipada, piscina perfecta para el relax familiar y realmente pet friendly, incluso nos dejaron unas golosinas para ellos. La atención de Dafne ha sido fantástica! Muchas gracias, si volvemos por la zona sin duda repetiremos

Es muss nicht groß sein, um gut zu sein!

Ein sehr sauberes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, welches 2 Wochen zu schnell hat vergehen lassen. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind reichlich vorhanden, so dass man nicht ständig eine halb volle Spülmaschine hat oder gar per Hand abwaschen muss, wenn der nächste Hunger/Durst kommt. Fliegengitter vor fast allen Fenstern halten die lästigen Mücken draußen. Eine große Markise und ein zusätzlicher großer Sonnenschirm bieten am Pool ausreichend Schatten. Hervorzuheben ist eine sehr engagierte Hausverwalterin.

Zwei Wochen pure Erholung!!!

Der Titel des Inserates beginnt mit "Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Privat-Pool in ruhiger Wohnlage". Zum gemütlichen Ferienhaus: Ein sehr sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus an dem nichts fehlt. Sehr geräumiger Wohn-/Essbereich klimatisiert. Offene Küche mit allem Equipments die benötigt werden. Der große Pool eignet sich nicht nur zum abkühlen, sondern auch zum gemütlichen schwimmen auch bei nächtlicher Beleuchtung. Von der Dachterrasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf Roses. Gerade Abends empfehlenswert. Einzig ein paar lästige Mücken stören Abends draußen derweilen. Allgemeines: Die Übergabe bei An-/Abreise gestaltete sich vollkommen unproblematisch. Ein defekt am Gasgrill wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit durch den sehr netten Vermieter behoben. Umgebung ideal zum Fahrrad fahren und Wandern. Eine Stadttour mit dem "RosesExpress" (Bummelzug) lohnt sich ebenfalls. Fazit: Toller Urlaub zum entspannen in ruhiger Lage. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Tipp: Wer in der Urlaubsphase ein Parkplatz in Roses sucht sollte früh aufstehen, viel Glück haben oder sehr viel Geduld mitbringen.

Wunderschöne Umgebung

Wir waren im Juni für zwei Wochen in diesem gut ausgestatteten und vor allem sauberen Ferienhaus zu Gast. Die Lage des Hauses ist für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad, zum Wandern und auch zum Strand perfekt. Und Ausflüge zum Cap de Creus sind einfach nur beeindruckend. Bei Ankunft und Abreise gab es keinerlei Schwierigkeiten. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und schönem Pool. Sehr praktisch auch die Fliegengitter an quasi fast allen Fenstern und der Terrassentür. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Gestört haben uns einzig die etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen Gesundheitskopfkissen (tempurartig), aber vielleicht finden andere Gäste diese auch besonders angenehm, sowie die quitschanfälligen Metallbettgestelle in den beiden Schlafzimmern.

Ein schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Haben uns auch direkt wohlgefühlt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Aussenanlage mit Pool war einfach super! Wir fühlten uns vor Ort auch sehr gut betreut!! Leider müssen wir für die Betten einen Punkt abziehen. Da könnte man evtl. was verbessern. Letztendlich können wir das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden es sicher auch wieder buchen.

Schönes Haus für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit sehr schönem Pool und allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Gestört hat uns, dass das schmale Doppelbett (ca. 160 cm) nur eine weiche Matratze hatte - wenn sich einer gedreht hat, wurde der andere wach.

sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus

Wir haben im Juni 2013 zwei Wochen in der „Casa Mediterran“ verbracht und waren begeistert! Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden, es fehlt an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar sehr klein, dafür ist der Wohnbereich umso großzügiger und die Couch wirklich extrem gemütlich. Super ist auch das Bad mit der geräumigen Dusche und das zusätzliche Gäste-WC, welches über ein normal großes Waschbecken verfügt und bei 4 Personen zur Entspannung am Morgen beiträgt. Der Außenbereich lässt sich perfekt nutzen durch bequeme Liegen, Markise und Sonnenschirm. Und wer richtig Sonne tanken möchte mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Bucht, der wird sich auf der Dachterrasse wohl fühlen. Für mich bot diese besonders nachts ein Highlight, wenn alles so schön beleuchtet ist. Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!!

Perfekt!!!

Wir haben uns getraut dieses Ferienhaus trotz "nur" einer Bewertung zu buchen und wir wurden NICHT enttäuscht! Im Gegenteil! Nach einigen Minuten des Staunens haben wir gejubelt "Das gehört uns für zwei Wochen!!!" Die Raumaufteilung, die Farben der Einrichtung und die Möbel sind wiklich sehr ansprechend. In der Küche findet sich wirklich ALLES was man zum Kochen benötigt und es wurde auch sonst auf jedes erdenkliche Detail geachtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind ,wie bereits in der ersten Beurteilung erwähnt, sehr klein gehalten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. So gut wie sämtliche Fenster haben Insektennetze und die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern lassen sich mit Jalousien verdunkeln. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war für uns ein kleines Phänomen, da sich jeder Sitzplatz einzeln ausziehen läßt. Und die Klimaanlage bringt die nötige Abkühlung an spanischen Sommerabenden. DAS Highlight schlechthin befindet sich aber dann doch draußen. DER POOL! Er ist so groß, dass ganz bequem vier Personen darin Platz finden zum Schwimmen und Spielen oder auf der Luftmatratze relaxen. Wir haben bei einem Urlaub am Meer noch nie so wenig Zeit am Strand verbracht! Der Ausblick, von der Dachterrasse aufs Meer, war einfach fantastisch und die Lichter der Stadt laden abends von hier zum Seele baumeln ein. In fünf Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegt eine Bäckerei mit Backwaren in deutscher Qualität. Hier befindet sich auch das einzige Restaurant von Mas Futmas welches sehr zu empfehlen ist. Mas Futmas ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Sei es der nahegelegende malerische Küstenort Cadaques, die Stadt Figures mit ihrem berühmten Salvatore Dali Museum , oder auch ein Tagesausflug nach Barcelona , den wir bequem mit der Bahn von Figures absolviert haben. Alles in allem zwei perfekte Urlaubswochen!!!

Schönes Ferienhäuschen

Das "Casa Mediterran" ist ein wirklich schönes, "schnuckeliges" Ferienhaus. Es verfügt (trotz relativ geringer Wohnfläche) über viele Extras (siehe Detailbeschreibung). Die Wohnessbereiche sind sehr großzügig und geräumig, wogegen die Schlafzimmer zweckmäßig klein gehalten sind. Was uns nicht störte, da das Leben eigentlich dort nicht stattfindet. Der Pool mit Dach- und normaler Terrasse und die Außendusche versüßen den ruhigen Aufenthalt mit einem super Blick auf die Bucht von Roses. Positiv empfanden wir auch die Gästetoilette (!nicht üblich für ein Ferienhaus), die durch Ihre Größe als 2. Badezimmer durchaus genutzt werden kann. Wir hatten im Oktober 2011 eine wunderschöne,sehr sonnige, erholsame Woche und werden mit Sicherheit zu "Wiederholungstätern" werden. Wenn die Sonne mal nicht scheint, lockt die Umgebung mit vielen schönen Orten und Ausflugszielen, da ist für jeden etwas dabei.
