Vacation home- a two-minute walk from one of the most beautiful bays in Mallorca

You can be at one of the most beautiful beaches and bays of Mallorca in only a few minutes level walk.
Our Casita features a deck overlooking the palm trees and greenery of the valley leading to the bay, a smaller deck behind the house with a built-in grill, as well as a large, sunny roof terrasse. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen invites the family around a large kitchen table, a sitting area for relaxation, TV watching or playing games, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a 2nd bedroom with two beds 2x1 m.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
Fast Wifi connected to a glass fiber feed.
The bay borders directly on a nature preserve offering hours of hikes to hidden bays and beaches, only accessible by foot.
There are several restaurants nearby (some seasonal), even right by the beach.

Wonderful vacation rental

We really enjoyed our stay. Rental was well stocked with all essentials. Bed was extremely comfortable. And location was great. Only complaint is parking can be challenging during the day due to people parking to visit the beach

Very nice vacations House close to a beautiful beach

Thanks a lot to Toni and his family: your house is just a great place to stay! Everything is thought to feel at home! The house is really well located, few minutes walking from the beautiful Cala Romantica, and more generally in the nice area of Porto Cristo. We really enjoyed our stay in Mallorca! Thank you again for your kind welcome: we got everything we need, especially for our baby! Hope to be able to come back someday

Clean, Well Equipped Casita

We stayed with our 2 young children and the house was perfectly sized and equipped for our family. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the walking path along the ocean to the other side of the beach. We had difficulty finding the Casita as we arrived late at night but the owner was thankfully very responsive and helped us navigate, even though I had to message them very late. Be sure to thoroughly read the instructions manual before driving over as it carefully details how to navigate there. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent apartment in a small town

My husband and I went to Mallorca in mid-October, near the end of the season, and this apartment was perfect. The apartment is in a small town, even this late in the season it seemed to be a much quieter town then some of the other larger resort areas. This was a huge plus for us! It is super close to the beach, which we were able to swim in even in October. There are a handful of restaurants you can easily walk to and you can drive or take a little bus to a neighboring town for a larger selection. It is maybe a 10 minute drive. Antoni was great, he was very responsive to emails, welcoming once we were in town, and able to help us with some tips on stuff to do (definitely spend some time trekking on the cliffs above the beach and if you are there in the summer see about exploring some of the non-tourist caves). His English was excellent, which was great as my Spanish is very basic. Payment was easy and he even took the security deposit in my home currency. The only negative would be the wifi was not reliable, perhaps because of the geography. For most on vacation this might not be an issue and a welcome reason to disconnect. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise and sunshine. Definitely wander down to the beach for sunrise, it was spectacular.

Bei Ankunft gab es leider Probleme bei der Sauberkeit. Es gab Schimmel im Schlafzimmer an der Wand und es hat müffelig gerochen. Zudem sind Ameisen in der Küche aus den Fugen gekommen und war den ganzen Urlaub immer wieder auf der Arbeitsplatte unterwegs. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Gastgeber kam der Fincaservice und hat sich um die Themen gekümmert. Sonderlich erfreulich war es trotzdem nicht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Finca ist natürlich perfekt und der Cala Romantica wunderschön. Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider etwas beschränkt.

Eine wunderschöne Casita direkt an der Cala Romántica gelegen.Jederzeit zum baden, in ein kleines Café oder einen Spaziergang im Ort.Selbst das Parken zur Hauptsaison, ist für Menschen ohne Einschränkung mit einem kleinen Fußweg recht unkompliziert.Wirklich eine kleine Wohlfühloase

Eine liebevolle Wohnung mit guter Lage und einer großen Terasse mit Sonnenschutz.Die Einrichtung ist klassisch mit notwendigen Geräten.Es gibt aber leider KEINEN Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses, der verfügbar ist - es herrscht striktes Parkverbot.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt als Familie und kommen gerne wieder!

Häuschen in bester Lage

Die Casita war gut zu finden, auch dank der detaillierten Beschreibung des Gastgebers. Man hat vom Dach bzw. der Terrasse aus einen wunderbaren Blick ins Grüne und der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolle Lage, klasse Wohnung, netter Gastgeber

Die Casita Romantica ist eine schönes Ferienhaus an einer wunderschönen Bucht, die zum Baden und Verweilen einlädt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen, aber war zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und äußerst schnell. Auch das Interesse an einem Reisebericht über unsere Anreisemethode mit dem eigenem Auto und der Fähre von Toulon nach Alcudia war groß, weshalb wir nun kurz darauf eingehen möchten. Die Fährverbindung war absolut pünktlich und sehr zuverlässig. Für uns (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) war es die preisgünstigste Variante und bereicherte unseren Urlaub um ein weiteres kleines Abenteuer (Übernachtung auf der Fähre). Wenn ausreichend Zeit für die An- und Abreise vorhanden ist, können wir diese Methode mehr als empfehlen.

Cala Romantica

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, fast wie das eigene zu Hause, mit einer Top Lage. Mir und meiner Familie hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war wirklich gut. Der Vermieter ist im Falle eines Problems super hilfsbereit. Ich kann nur sagen jederzeit wieder.

Entspannung in der Casa und Cala Romantica...

... das konnten wir alle, am Meer welches nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist und eine wirklich schöne, wenn auch in der Hauptsaison volle Bucht ist. In der Wohnung dank Klimatisierung waren die Temperaturen von 37 C kein Thema, außerdem ist sie wirklich gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, grossem Kühlschrank, schnelles Internet und die Relax Couch und Chairs um die Highlights zu erwähnen. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ und gibt sich grosse Mühe kleinere Problem zu lösen. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und habe die Zeit genossen. Die Unterkunft muss in jedem Falle täglich gründlich gelüftet werden da es durch die Klimaanlagevzu Kondenswasserbildung kommt.

Völlig anders als erwartet

Alles stinkt nach Kellerschimmel…;Selbst das Geschirr…; Klo verstopft bei Ankunft ….; Doppelbett mit altem Laken und Haaren vom ???…; 2 kleine Handtücher für 9 Tage…; 1 großes Strandhandtuch für 2 Leute…; Straße an der Ferienwohnung sehr stark befahren…; wir sollten Handwerker für defekte Spülmaschine betreuen….; Kapselkaffeenaschine defekt…; cala romantica war wohl nichts!

Familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in der Unterkunft und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Lage ist nah zum Strand und trotz Straße ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich sehr sauber gewesen und auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer selbst sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut. Ggf. könnnte man auch mal die Handtücher/Bettwäsche auswechseln, aber es war alles gepflegt.

Super schön

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht dem, was im Internet gezeigt wird und war top gereinigt. Sie ist individuell liebevoll eingerichtet, nichts von der Stange. Ob extra Decke für einen kühleren Aprilabend oder Küchenutensilien - es ist alles da. Es gab am Anfang einen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, weil die Eingangstür klemmte - das war freundlich und am Ende ging die Tür auch auf. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön - der Strand sowie das Naturschutzgebiet. Man kann von der Wohnung aus viel unternehmen, Strand, wandern, einkaufen, Essen gehen in der näheren Umgebung, trotzdem ist es eher ruhig - kein Partyrummel - und gleichzeitig eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, so dass weiter entfernte Orte gut erreichbar sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und erholt.
