Welcome to Loft 22!
This spacious apartment, which sleeps up to 7 people, is located in the central pedestrian zone of Grömitz. Here, you’ll be away from street traffic, yet have shopping and restaurants right on your doorstep.

This 4-star accommodation has been completely renovated and refurnished with modern amenities. It offers every comfort a holidaymaker could wish for. The spacious entryway, featuring an antique farmhouse cabinet, a coat rack, and storage space, leads to the two bedrooms as well as the open-concept, sunny living/dining area with an open kitchen and large windows.

The first bedroom features a bunk bed (140 x 200 and 90 x 200 cm), with the lower bunk offering enough space for up to two people.

The second bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (topper 180 x 200 cm) and has its own smart TV with a DVD player. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and built-in closets.
This includes the luxurious master bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling, spacious steam shower and a washer-dryer combo.

The brand-new steam shower feature in the bathroom allows you to enjoy your own private spa moments and offers wonderful relaxation, especially on cooler days or after a long walk on the beach.


The well-designed, modern guest bathroom is accessible from the hallway.

The living and dining room with an open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen features a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. The dining area, with a cosy bench and 4 chairs, seats at least 7 people. A high chair is available.

The modern corner sofa has a pull-out section that can sleep 2 people. A large smart TV and radio provide entertainment upon request, as does the lovingly stocked bookcase with a reading nook along the long window front, which invites you to linger with a cosy reading chair and an unobstructed view of the greenery.
The floor-to-ceiling glass panels feature a sliding door with an insect screen that can also be opened in the middle section to allow for relaxing sunbathing. An electrically operated awning is available. Unfortunately, the rooftop terrace cannot be used at this time, but it is in the planning stages.

The “Loft 22” apartment also includes a private underground parking space where you can conveniently park your car for the duration of your entire stay. Please note that the garage is suitable for small and mid-size cars.


The apartment is located on a pedestrian street with various restaurants and shops, so you won’t need a car.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Small dogs weighing up to approximately 8 kg are welcome. The apartment has a patio door with a small outdoor area.
