This cosy 3-room holiday apartment with a private balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the well-maintained Haus Atlantic residential complex and, with approx. 57 m² and 2 bedrooms, offers plenty of space for up to 4 people.

This high-quality holiday apartment has been furnished with great care and attention to detail. Warm colours and high-quality furniture create an atmosphere of absolute comfort throughout; everything here has been thoughtfully coordinated. The spacious living-dining area is equipped with an extendable dining table and 4 chairs. The high-quality sofa bed can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area in just a few simple steps. The open living area offers direct access to the furnished, east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the glorious morning sun. In the well-equipped, separate kitchen, you can whip up delicious holiday meals in no time, and the dishwasher takes care of the cleanup. In this home, there’s also no arguing over what to watch on TV, as both a large flat-screen TV in the living area and an additional TV in one of the bedrooms provide plenty of entertainment options. A radio, DVD player, and Wi-Fi connection are also available.

One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 100x200 cm) and a spacious closet. Another, smaller bedroom features a loft bed (sleeping area on top: 90x200 cm) and a sofa bed underneath (90x200 cm, extends to 140x200 cm), as well as a closet and shelves for storage—it’s the perfect place to dream. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds, ensuring restful nights. The shower room features amenities such as a spacious corner shower, a sink, and a heated towel rack.

A private outdoor parking space next to the building is included with this apartment. Two bicycles are also part of the standard equipment (2x28, low step-through). You can store the bicycles safely in the bike storage room.

The building has an lift that takes you comfortably to every floor. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for general use in the basement. The necessary coins are provided free of charge in the apartment. Wi-Fi, as well as a high chair, a cot rail, and a travel cot, are also included as standard amenities.
