This modern residence is located right on the marina and offers a stunning view of the shipping lane and the sea. The famous “Alte Liebe” lighthouse in Cuxhaven is also in the immediate vicinity.
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in and check-out on Sundays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Stylishly furnished holiday apartment with upscale amenities on the second floor of the Residenz am Yachthafen, offering sweeping panoramic lake views from the Kugelbake area to the radar tower.

This spacious 3-room corner apartment offers approximately 100 m² of living space and can accommodate up to four people. Even while enjoying breakfast, you can take in the view of ships passing by on the international shipping route. Two bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable double box-spring beds (180 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm). One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition, there is another bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, and toilet.
The bright living area, featuring a modern sofa arrangement and dining area, forms the heart of the apartment. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and offer a sweeping view of the sea; the living area also features a large LCD flat-screen TV with cable.

Throughout the apartment, cosy real wood floors create a pleasant atmosphere. Two furnished balconies facing north and south extend the living space, and free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage as well as an additional outdoor parking space. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable basement storage room or in an open bike shelter in front of the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
