The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator and hob, makes self-catering a breeze. The modern bathroom features a shower and a hair dryer.

A highlight of the apartment is the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air and wind down at the end of the day. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. The exclusive sauna area in the basement promises pure relaxation; you can also use it for a fee.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, ruhig und angenehm. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Schuppe! Die Küche ist sehr klein. Ein großes Holzschneidebrett, das über Spule bzw. Herd gelegt werden kann, würde helfen. Ein zweiter Schussel wäre gut.
