House Ardenne 03 - only a few meters to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach

Welcome to Haus von Ardenne, located right on the promenade between the imperial spa towns of Bansin and Heringsdorf!

The 65-square-meter, three-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and can accommodate up to four people. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). You can access the adjoining terrace from both the master bedroom and the living room; thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, the terrace offers plenty of sunshine when the weather is nice. It’s a wonderful retreat and, at the same time, an ideal starting point for your holiday on the island of Usedom. The apartment has two entrances: a separate entrance to the building and an exit leading directly to the shared hallway. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa, TV, and stereo system. A large dining table is provided. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living room and is separated from it by a high counter. Through the apartment’s hallway, you can access the naturally lit bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rack.

A high chair and a travel cot with a mattress (but without linens) are available to you free of charge in the apartment. An assigned parking space is available to you on the property. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A lockable bike storage room, a small fitness room with a ping-pong table, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement and are available for use by guests.

A special highlight of the apartment is a private beach chair included in the rental price, located directly on the beach and available to you from May through September.
The communal fireplace room on the ground floor of the house also offers a view of the sea and guarantees a cosy atmosphere.
