The Wellenreiter holiday rental on the upper floor offers 60 m² of a cosy, maritime beach house atmosphere and is ideal for two adults and up to two children. The fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, as well as the cosy living room with a sofa arrangement, two reading chairs, a bookcase, an LED TV, and a magnificent view of the dike, invite you to relax.

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200) with an adjustable slatted frame, a wardrobe, shutters, fly screens, and a permanently installed wooden cot (70x140). The children’s room has two single beds and a small closet; blackout curtains, roller shades, and fly screens ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The modern shower room is equipped with a glass shower, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and also offers a view of the dike. In the separate utility room, you’ll find a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

The apartment includes a private terrace, a large garden with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a patio umbrella, and a grill, as well as a lockable garden shed for bicycles and sports equipment. The health resort of Förrien (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, their ages, and the length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding prices can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including age 3.
b) Severely disabled individuals whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and marked with a “B”).
d) Caregivers accompanying severely disabled individuals who, according to their official disability certificate, are completely dependant on constant assistance.
