This very simple and uncluttered apartment is located on the 6th floor and features a balcony with a magnificent view of the sea.
The furnishings are simple and practical, with a separate kitchen that includes an oven and a four-burner stove. The highlight: from the kitchen, a large window offers a view into the living room, which is equipped with a dining area and a TV nook. The bedroom has two single beds, and if someone needs an extra place to sleep, the sofa bed in the living room can be used. The bathroom with shower and toilet is practical and simply furnished.

A parking space and storage for bicycles are also available. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. The building has a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer.
