The cabin and its outbuildings sit on 3 private, tree covered acres that are frequented by wildlife. A winding driveway leads to a secluded retreat that feels far away from the hustle and bustle of life. The porches of the main cabin, as well as the courtyard for the trailer, create the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peace and solitude that this property has to offer!
The space **Please make note of the locations of bedrooms and bathrooms as indicated below. This property consists of three separate buildings so please make sure you are clear where everything is located prior to booking. Any questions, please ask!
The main cabin is two-bedroom, one bath. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It features a king size bed, as well as an additional twin bed. The primary bathroom with tub and shower is connected. There is a second bedroom located up the spiral staircase. This bedroom has a queen size bed.
The laundry facilities and second bathroom are located in the cabin outbuilding. This building houses a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower.
The third bedroom and bathroom are located in a remodeled 1977 Silver Streak travel trailer. The trailer features two twin beds and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The interior of the trailer has a private living space and kitchenette. The exterior of the trailer includes a private outdoor courtyard with a covered area to dine or lounge. There is also an outdoor shower. Wi-Fi is limited in this part of the property.
Guests have full access to the property. However, please be respectful of neighbors by observing quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
Guest access The cabin and trailer are accessed via a private driveway off of Wimberley Oaks Drive.
For the cabin, please park anywhere along the main driveway. You will follow the pathway to the front porch and use the access code provided to enter the front door.
For the trailer, there is a designated parking spot at the end of the main drive. To access the trailer, please use the keys provided inside the main cabin.
Please do not park in the grass.
Other things to note This property operates on a septic system. Please follow signs in both the kitchens and bathrooms regarding how to properly dispose of items.
This property utilizes environmentally friendly soaps and cleaners, as well as offers full recycling.

Our original log cabin home is located just outside of Wimberley on three private, tree covered acres. The property is a peaceful retreat after a day filled exploring the area. The porches on the main cabin, and the outdoor area near the trailer, make a relaxing place to unwind while watching the deer and other wildlife wander through the property.
