Charming independent country house in Costa Smeralda. The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen, lovingly maintained by the owners. All rooms are on one level, offering comfort and an airy feel, with the typical atmosphere of Gallura homes. A beautiful terrace faces east, overlooking rocky hills and the peaceful surrounding valley.



The location is convenient and central, making it easy to reach all the nearby towns of Costa Smeralda. You can visit the delightful town of San Pantaleo, the seaside resorts of Baia Sardinia and Cannigione, Arzachena with its services and nuragic area, and Porto Cervo with its sparkling boutiques and beautiful marina. The renowned and enchanting beaches of the coast are all just a few minutes’ drive away. In short, you’ll have plenty of places to explore! The closest beach is Cala dei Ginepri (about 4 km), opening onto the Gulf of Cannigione and Baia Sardinia, perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets or sunrises during the cooler hours of the morning.



There is air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The owners live on the lower floor and share only the main entrance gate, ensuring your privacy. The tourist tax is required for up to 7 nights.

Everything was perfect!:)

Pros: The host was super kind and lovely!:) We get everything what we ask in one minute! We were with a little baby and get a huge rug for her, cot, highchair and so on! We get some fantastic homemade cake and tiramisu!:) The house was more than perfect inside and outside too! Thank you everything!! Cons: Nothing

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Im Haus und Garten fehlt wirklich nichts. Wir haben uns sehr entspannt.Elvina, welche auf dem Grundstück wohnt ist sehr freundlich. Ihr Tiramisu war sehr lecker - danke liebe Elvina - wir haben uns sehr gefreut.Einzig unerfreulich war, dass wir bei der Buchung von Betrügern gehackt worden und so fast das Geld an diese gesendet hätten. Scheinbar gibt es auf diesem Portal eine Leck.Aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts. Also auf keine Angebote per mail eingehen!
