During the blooming season, the scent of the roses can be clearly detected even beyond the 3,150-square-meter property.<br>The apartments were extensively restored and brought up to modern standards in 2020/2021.<br>Open since July 2021 and already honoured with the 2022 Traveller Revier Award from booking.com.<br><br>Wer "gesund lebt" features filtered water with a Sodastream and a mini herb garden (depending on the season). All living rooms and bedrooms have TVs, and each apartment has its own entrance with hand sanitiser. Each apartment has a wall safe for watches, jewellery, etc.<br>A terrace with a table, chairs, umbrella, outdoor outlet, etc., is available for your exclusive use.<br>The property is secured by an alarm system with a chip-based locking system and an electric gate with remote control for access to the property.<br>A wheelchair and a walker can be provided free of charge upon request. Dogs are permitted only if they are house-trained.<br>Bookings of fewer than 7 nights are subject to a short-stay surcharge of €50.00.<br><br>Optional services:<br>- Dog: 11.07 EUR per night

Top Wohnung, Beschreibung nicht hundertprozentig

Tolle Wohnung, sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter, leider kann man das über 3000 Quadratmeter große Grundstück nicht nutzen, lediglich die auf den Fotos sichtbare Terrasse, die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain, für Gehbehinderte schlecht zu nutzen, etwas irritierend, da in der Anzeige Rollstuhl oder Rollator angeboten wird.

Sehr angenehmer Kurzurlaub

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer super ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Eine gemütliche, hochwertig und komplett eingerichteten Küche. Ein schönes Badezimmer. Gute Matratzen und eine kleine Terrasse umgeben von Grünpflanzen. Die Lage war super, in einer ruhigen Umgebung und der Möhnesee mit all seinen Attraktionen ist schnell erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ebenfalls einwandfrei.
