The sunny vacation apartment near the Zugspitzbahn

Modernly furnished 120 m² holiday apartment—built in 2019. Spacious and comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The minimum occupancy is 4 people and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. The most beautiful view guaranteed—of the Sonnenspitze, the Wetterstein Massif, and across the vast and lovely nature reserve—the Ehrwalder Moos.
Our holiday apartment features:
4 bedrooms (double beds). Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are furnished with solid wood (Swiss stone pine) furniture. The apartment is complemented by 2 modern bathrooms with a toilet and shower.

A kitchen with a cooking island, a Bora range hood, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a fully automatic coffee machine, etc., and a—
—corner bench seating area, with authentic Tyrolean Unterland hay lamps hanging above the dining table. The living room offers direct access to the balcony.

A spacious sofa invites you to watch TV, read, and relax.

The house is built with solid wood construction and provides a wonderful indoor climate.

Bed linens and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces (carport for 3 cars) as well as 1 parking space in front of the house. Storage room for winter and summer gear. Ski boot dryer for 10 pairs
Ski boots, ski storage, bikes, hiking boots, etc.

The local bus is also free for our guests and stops
right outside our front door. (150 metres on foot)
This means you can take the bus either to the Ehrwalder Alm or
to the Zugspitzbahn.
The Biberwier and Berwang ski areas are also just a few minutes away by public bus. It’s a 3-minute walk from the FW to the bus stop.
A washing machine and dryer are available in case of need.
We can also arrange a bread roll delivery service.
