2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and wall-mounted toilet, washing machine and dryer, heated towel rack, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Low-entry shower. Except for the two bedrooms, the apartment features comfortable underfloor heating. All windows have exterior roller shades. Terrace with furniture and electric grill. A handcart is available (subject to availability).

The terrace and lawn are fenced in, making them ideal for children or pets. Fly screens are installed on all key windows.
Storage room for items such as bicycles you bring with you. A high chair is provided free of charge.

Pets (dogs) are allowed upon request. The apartment is suitable for wheelchair users and seniors, but is not fully accessible.

The holiday rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
