The separate entryway ensures a pleasant welcome the moment you arrive. The bright living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa corner, cosy armchairs, and a dining area. From here, you have direct access to the sunny patio with an adjoining garden—the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast outdoors or a cosy way to end the day. The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. A ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils are, of course, at your disposal. Two cosy bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep for up to four people. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, mirror, and hair dryer. Additionally, practical amenities such as a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and radio ensure an all-around pleasant stay. The apartment is a non-smoking property and is comfortably heated.
