The holiday home Villaggio Colombo V3 is a three-room stone villa located in Andora (SV), perfect for a relaxing getaway. This 42 m² air-conditioned property features a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and heating. Guests can enjoy a tennis court (please bring your own rackets and balls).



A high chair is available for an extra fee per night, and a crib is available for an extra fee per night. In a shared area of the resort, you’ll find a coin-operated washing machine and a reception desk open during business hours. Microwave and hairdryer are available on request or for an extra fee.



The private outdoor area includes a garden, covered terrace, playground, and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and umbrellas (opening days and times depend on the weather), a children’s pool, playground, and tennis court.

Bed linen is included with beds made up, and towels are available for an extra fee per person per stay. A security deposit is required per stay. Villaggio Colombo V3 is under new management. Alles gaf aan dat er geïnvesteerd zou moeten worden in zowel het huisje als het park.Alles zag er niet verzorgd uit! Inrichting van huisje was erg basic,de speeltuin en zwembad waren verouderd. Locatie is goed! Er is geen wasmachine aanwezig op in park en de Wifi is alleen bij bepaalde punten in het park,niet overal.

Die Immobilie ist wie in der Fotogalerie in der Anzeige gezeigt. Die Fotos wurden von einem professionellen Team aufgenommen, ohne den Einsatz von Weitwinkelobjektiv, die das Bild verzerren, und mit dem Ziel, die Realität zu zeigen, wie sie ist. Es tut uns leid, wenn Sie die Möbel im Inneren des Hauses, die Außenmöbel und den Swimmingpool etwas altmodisch finden. Obwohl sie nicht neu sind, sind sie in perfektem Zustand und erfüllen ihre Funktion perfekt. In der Immobilienanzeige steht, dass die Immobilie über Wifi verfügt, aber es ist nicht für Videotelefonie geeignet. Es tut uns leid, wenn Ihnen dies Unannehmlichkeiten bereitet hat. Es tut uns auch leid, dass das Haus nicht mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet ist, was Sie vor Ihrer Buchung nicht beachtet haben. Schönes Bungalow mit allem was man braucht

Pros: Sehr sauber, angenehme Größe. Toll für und mit Kindern. Sehr schöner Pool und Spielplatz. Cons: Ein Topf mehr in der Küche wäre schön gewesen
