This beachfront vacation rental in Norddeich is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 2 people.

This vacation rental is entirely at ground level and is therefore also suitable for people with mobility impairments. However, the shower has a high threshold.

The cozy living/dining area offers plenty of space to relax. The adjoining kitchenette, equipped with everything you need, rounds out this space.

You’ll also find a cozy bedroom with a double bed. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower.

On the enclosed terrace, you can linger on balmy summer evenings with a cool glass of wine.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Children are very welcome here.

A parking space for your car is also available.

The house is located close to the beach and in a central location. Everything is within walking distance from here.

The spa center with the spa park is just a 5-minute walk away, and the water park “Ocean Wave,” the tourist information office, the seal sanctuary, and the children’s playhouse are just a 10-minute walk away.

You can also reach the train station in just 15 minutes on foot.

This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. There are 6 additional apartments in the complex, so friends or grandparents can vacation in the same building—together, yet separate.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the vacation rental. However, these can be added to your booking for a fee.

One dog is allowed in this property, but no cats.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut zentral gelegen, ca. 200 M bis zum Deich und 500 M bis zu Einkaufszen..

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut zentral gelegen, ca. 200 M bis zum Deich und 500 M bis zu Einkaufszentrum, auch Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe, Die Wohnung war sauber und auch die Betten waren ok, Das Willkommenspaket ist ein wenig an der realität vorbei gegangen, Spülmachienentabs ohne Spülmaschiene sind nicht wirklich hilfreich und ein Kühlschrank wo das Gefrierfach zugeklebt ist mmmhhh, schade das die Eigentümmer die Schäden in der Wohnung nicht nicht beheben lassen. Aber ansonsten war es ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen.

Ich habe eine sehr schöne Zeit in Norddeich verbracht. Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: ich hätte es gut gefunden wenn eine Liste, der zu empfangenen Sendern im TV , eingesehen werden könnte. Das Suchen war mühsam. Eine funktionierende Lüftung im Bad ist auch hilfreich. Bei 1 Person in der Wohnung aber weiter nicht schlimm. Vielen Dank und eine schöne Zeit

Gute Aufteilung des Apartments. Fehlender Besen, da Terrasse voller Laub. Verschlag unter der Treppe ließ sich nicht öffnen, obwohl Schlüssel steckte. Sehr hellhörig, jedes Stühlerücken...Die Betten (Lattenroste) quietschen bei jeder Drehung. im Bad/WC kein wirksamer Dunstabzug (unangenehm). Viele Fernsehsender , aber kein ARD. Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
