OCE-14 - Residence Oceanic

In this tastefully furnished 4-room apartment on the penthouse level of the “Oceanic” building (3rd floor), up to 5 people can enjoy a comfortable stay in approximately 72 m² of living space while taking in the ocean view.
The apartment features a spacious living/dining area with a cosy sofa nook. Modern art, plenty of books, and board games for all ages ensure there’s never a dull moment—even when the weather is less than ideal. An LCD TV with ten channels (no commercial stations) and a CD/DVD player are, of course, provided. Free Wi-Fi access.

• Large living/dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen (4-burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, washing machine). Cosy corner sofa and dining table

• Large, sunny east-facing balcony with ocean view

• Modern bathroom with shower

• Beautiful bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a small vanity (ocean view)

• Room with a romantic four-poster bed

• Room with two single beds (box-spring beds). Travel cot for toddlers with an extra mattress (set up upon request)



The Oceanic Residence is an apartment building with 10 units in a central location right next to the beach. Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
