You'll stay in a modern 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 8 people, with approximately 110 m² of living space on the 3rd and 4th floors, featuring a terrace and balcony, two bathrooms, and a private sauna.

A large, bright living room with a dining area for up to 8 people. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker + Senseo. The kitchen features a counter, allowing you to enjoy snacks, light bites, coffee, or a glass of wine while chatting directly with anyone preparing food at the bar.

In the upper living area, you can convert a couch into a double bed. Please note: The upper living room is open to the living area below via the gallery (not 100% soundproof).

The upper bathroom also features our wellness oasis with a whirlpool tub, toilet, separate shower, and private sauna. Here, after long walks, you can enjoy a soothing massage bath and, especially during the colder months, mentally unwind with a relaxing sauna session.

For true sauna enthusiasts, we’ve installed a rain showerhead as well as a cold waterfall shower in the shower area. This area features underfloor heating and is equipped with a bathroom radio and dimmable lighting. On the same level, you’ll also find the second balcony, where you can cool off while enjoying a magnificent view of the North Sea. (A dressing gown is recommended)

In the living area, in addition to a large flat-screen TV, there’s also a mini hi-fi system with an iPhone/iPod connection, so you don’t have to go without your own music.

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a breathtaking view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all holiday apartments.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
