As advertised. Clean, comfortable and good location. Only minor drawback is the parking space is small/difficult to get in/out of.

Very difficult to find the property and the parking. The water dispenser from the refrigerator didn’t work so we had to buy bottled water for drinking and coffee. Only one wash cloth and one hand towel in the bathroom. The screen door needs to be fixed as it slams very loudly. We did like the location! We had easy access to the beach and some great food. The shower had really great hot water too.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The location was two blocks from the beach and you can watch the sunset. It was a great few days.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a designated parking spot, which made it very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked so we easily made breakfast every morning. The host was responsive to our messages. Location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach.

This house had everything you can imagine in the kitchen!! We did cook each day because of diet restrictions. Beds were wonderful. Pillows too!

This wonderful cottage is in the perfect part of town to walk to the beach each morning, walk to dinner in the evening, and being 15 mins from the Zoo and SeaWorld. We would absolutely stay here again.

The little beach cottage was absolutely perfect! So worth the money! A quick 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the OB Pier and shops. So perfect!!

parking spot was so helpful during this stay! close to restaurants, convenience stores, and of course the beach. perfect size for a couple for a weekend or short stay, all amenities (pots, pans, etc.) were also very useful in cooking throughout the stay. would definitely book again!

Great and cozy beach house
