This cosy, two-room holiday rental features a living/dining room adjacent to an open kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light.

In the living room, a comfortable couch invites you to relax and features a 42-inch flat-screen TV. You can listen to your own CDs on a small CD player. The dining area, with its 90x90 table, offers enough space even for lavish breakfast buffets. The apartment comes with 4 chairs, and the table is extendable, so guests can also join you at the table. The living/dining room has underfloor heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a new stove with a ceramic cooktop, a convection oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a DeLonghi fully automatic coffee machine. Of course, there’s also a coffee maker for filter coffee lovers.

The bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom features a shower stall. The morning sun shines through the window, so you can start your day by showering in the sunshine.

From the living room, you step out onto a large balcony that offers an unobstructed view of the beautiful garden.
In the evening, you can enjoy the setting sun here in complete privacy and end the day pleasantly with a glass of wine.

You can park your car right next to the house in a private parking space.
A bike rack is available in the car park for bicycles.

Guests have free access to 20 Mbit high-speed Wi-Fi.
