Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft für 2 Personen
Eine kleine, saubere, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Ein kleiner Balkon im Grünen mit einer modernen Markise als Sonnenschutz lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Weg zur Stadt ist nicht weit und auch ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter, die einem gute Tipps geben. Rundherum ein schöner Urlaub.

Macht den Namen alle Ehre!!
Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns vom ersten Moment an direkt heimisch gefühlt! Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Innenstadt ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Außerdem sind Bettina und Gerd super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber!

Tolle Hosts
Für einen Aufenthalt für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung genau richtig. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und konnten alles in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation war super und sehr herzlich. Gerne wieder 🙃

Gelungener Aufenthalt in Rovinj
Liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit netten Details, in der man sich gleich heimisch fühlen kann.
Die Innenstadt, sowie mehrere Supermärkte und die Innenstadt erreicht man in ungefähr 10 Minuten lockeren Fussmarsch, da es ungefähr je 1 km ist.
Besonders die tolle Küchenaustattung mit hochwertigen Geräten, Töpfen und Küchenuntensilien hat uns sehr gefreut, damit ermöglicht es ein Kochen fast wie Daheim.
Sollten wir wieder nach Rovinj kommen, ist diese Wohnung bei uns gespeichert.

Wir haben die Wohnung vom Vorbesitzer erst kürzlich übernommen, daher war vor der Saison 2022 leider keine Renovierungsmöglichkeit. Nach der Saison, sprich im Winter/Frühjahr wird die Wohnung komplett renoviert und wird in der Saison 2023 neu und modern gestaltet sein.
Teile der Möbel sind bereits erneuert, wie Sofa, Esszimmertisch und Stühle sowie die Terrassenbestuhlung vor dem Haus und auf dem Balkon hinter dem Haus. Davon folgen Bilder in Kürze!
