The apartment "Eufemia" is located in the old town of Rovinj, Istria, Croatia. The peninsula of Istria is heart-shaped on the Adriatic Sea, a heavenly green heart, framed by the deep blue sea. The town of Rovinj - situated on a hill overlooking the sea - was the unique stamp of its architecture from 1283 to 1797 by the world power of Venice. Narrow cobbled streets, small squares, wine cellars, art galleries, boutiques and restaurants radiate the special charm of Rovinj.

The apartment "Eufemia" (named after the late Baroque basilica, which is dedicated to St. Euphemia) is located on the small, secluded square "San Tomaso" (St. Thomas) and is located in the 1st. The floor of a Venetian-style house, which has been completely renovated. The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom, a small kitchen, air conditioning and
TV equipped. The approximately 30 m² living space can accommodate 2 people.

A short walk leads to a bathing cliff on the lake side of the peninsula. Only a few minutes by bike to the botanical park "Zlatni Rt / Punta Corrente" with its sunny lawns and cooling shade under large, old trees. Here are numerous small bays with crystal clear water. For friends of climbing sports, there are challenging rock formations. Tennis, sailing, surfing, paddling and diving (eg Wreck diving) are other sports that you can do with a lot of joy. Rovinj is surrounded by numerous islands that are ideal for excursions.

Another peculiarity: Istria is officially bilingual, you can speak Italian and Croatian everywhere. (Of course, almost all people who deal with tourists speak German and English).

Nice apartment in the old town

Great location, very responsive owner, nice and clean, clear instructions to check in.. Only one minor issue though - not the fault of the apartment- There is quite a bit mosquitoes in old town - so keep the windows firmly shut or else :)

Großartiger Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir würden die FeWo sofort wieder buchen und sind sehr glücklich über unseren Aufenthalt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Rovinj hat sehr viel zu bieten. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut ideal gelegen und hat alles was es braucht. Konkrete Empfehlung zu Gratisparkplätze unbedingt an Gäste weitergeben. Parkieren ist sonst extrem teuer! Gerne wieder.

Süßes Apartment direkt in der Stadt, zum frühstücken durfte man den Innenhof morgens nutzen. Check In war problemlos schon vor 14 Uhr möglich. Kommunikation verlief auch ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank!

Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war sehr nett, schnell und hilfreich. Das Appartement ist super zentral gelegen in der Altstadt, mit einem unglaublich schönen Innenhof. In dem Appartement befindet sich alles wichtige was man braucht. Im Allgemeinen sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche, saubere Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in den wunderschönen Gassen der Altstadt. Zahlreiche einladende Bars und Restaurants mit Flair sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Trotzdem bleibt es angenehm ruhig. Herr Landwehr ist zudem ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Absolut zu empfehlen und gerne wieder! :-) Kleiner Tipp: Bei der Anreise, wenn möglich auf große Rollkoffer verzichten, der kurze Weg durch die gepflasterten Gassen ist mit zu viel Gepäck etwas mühsam ;-)
