Nice apartment in the old town

Great location, very responsive owner, nice and clean, clear instructions to check in.. Only one minor issue though - not the fault of the apartment- There is quite a bit mosquitoes in old town - so keep the windows firmly shut or else :)

Dear Thejasvi, I'm sorry you had to suffer from the mosquitoes. These only occur in June (for whatever reason?). As you have already written, you then have to close the windows and use the air conditioning or get an "anti-mosquito repellent", which you plug into the electrical socket with a special plug. This keeps the mosquitoes away and is unnoticeable to humans and harmless. I hope your stay was still a success!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der malerischen Altstadt von Rovinj, und ist daher ideal zur Erkundung der kleinen Stadt.Bei Anreise mit dem Auto am besten vorher informieren, wo man es für die Aufenthaltsdauer lässt. Für uns war es kein Problem, da wir die Wohnung für den Schwiegervater gebucht hatten und er sein Auto an unserer Unterkunft außerhalb lassen konnte. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind in der Saison zumeist sehr voll und auch kostenintensiv.In Rovinij gibt es eine Vielzahl guter Restaurants und Möglichkeiten für Bootstouren etc.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut, sowohl vor, während und auch nach dem Aufenthalt.

Rovinj ist sehr schön , die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht ,nur sollte man wie zb Pfannen etc nach all den jahren mal erneuern , die schränke waren klebrig und die Matratzen sind so durchgelegen das wir auf dem Lattenrost lagen ,wir sind nach 3 Tagen abgereist,

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement haben wir sehr genossen..zentral in der Altstadt gelegen und umgeben von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet dieses charmante Appartement alles was man braucht. Gerne wieder…!!

Gemütliche, kleine Altbauwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mitten in Rovinj Altstadt sehr genossen und uns in der kleinen, aber feinen Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Herr Landwehr war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Großartiger Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir würden die FeWo sofort wieder buchen und sind sehr glücklich über unseren Aufenthalt.

Alles hat gepasst !

Unser Aufenthalt war richtig, richtig schön. Eine kleine schöne Unterkunft, es fehlte an nichts. Ruhig, direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Rovinj 2023

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Rovinj hat sehr viel zu bieten. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut ideal gelegen und hat alles was es braucht. Konkrete Empfehlung zu Gratisparkplätze unbedingt an Gäste weitergeben. Parkieren ist sonst extrem teuer! Gerne wieder.

Zentrale Lage mit schönem Innenhof

Süßes Apartment direkt in der Stadt, zum frühstücken durfte man den Innenhof morgens nutzen. Check In war problemlos schon vor 14 Uhr möglich. Kommunikation verlief auch ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank!

Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war sehr nett, schnell und hilfreich. Das Appartement ist super zentral gelegen in der Altstadt, mit einem unglaublich schönen Innenhof. In dem Appartement befindet sich alles wichtige was man braucht. Im Allgemeinen sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche, saubere Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in den wunderschönen Gassen der Altstadt. Zahlreiche einladende Bars und Restaurants mit Flair sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Trotzdem bleibt es angenehm ruhig. Herr Landwehr ist zudem ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Absolut zu empfehlen und gerne wieder! :-) Kleiner Tipp: Bei der Anreise, wenn möglich auf große Rollkoffer verzichten, der kurze Weg durch die gepflasterten Gassen ist mit zu viel Gepäck etwas mühsam ;-)
