"Marktplatz-Blick" Vacation Rental (107 square meters) with a Modern Kitchen

This beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and is accessible via the rear entrance on the one-way street (Schlundstr.). The front portion has just been modernised and fitted with a new kitchen. The rear section still holds a few nostalgic reminders of the “Hotel Heintz” era, which we have deliberately and happily preserved. The expanded apartment is full of nooks and crannies and has a whimsical feel, reflecting the building’s historic character. A highlight is the light-filled living room (3 large windows in the centre of the ground floor), which invites you to enjoy yourself and relax, with the most beautiful view of the market square and City Hall. This room used to be the breakfast room for hotel guests at the former "Hotel Heintz" Room Overview: Room 1: Bedroom or sleeping area with a double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), plus a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) Room 2: Bedroom with 2 double beds (each 1.80 x 2.00 m) Living room: additional sleeper sofa, travel cot, spacious dining area with a stunning view of the market square (town hall) Kitchen: large kitchen with its own small dining area Bathroom: with shower and toilet On the same floor, right next door, there is 1 additional apartment (small 2-room apartment) and 3 additional rooms that could be booked together if needed, allowing for shared accommodation for up to 22 people. However, you should contact us directly in advance to confirm that all rooms are available, as they are also rented out individually. The deposit is 50% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: From 2 nights: Children under 5 years old: free of charge; Children aged 6–16: 2.10 EUR; Adults/children over 16: 2.50 EUR; For those with an 80% disability rating (GdB 80%): only 50% For a disability rating (GdB) of 100% and an accompanying person: free of charge Café Heintz is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Check-in and check-out take place at the café during opening hours. If you arrive outside these hours, please contact us briefly so we can place the keys in the key box. Quick check-out is possible by dropping off the keys in our left-hand postbox in the building’s entrance area or simply leaving them on the table. Pets are not allowed. Special service for babies: A cot is now part of our standard amenities and is provided free of charge for your baby, including bedding! The base rate includes the following: towels, bedding, water, and electricity. Cots can be added to any room, but please enquire in advance if you’d like one, as we have a limited number available.
