A lovingly renovated, cosy holiday home for about 4 people is available for rent. The property is surrounded by lush vegetation and is barely visible from the outside in the summer. When the weather is nice, you can relax undisturbed on the patio. When the weather is cool, you can create a cosy atmosphere with the wood-burning tiled stove, which heats the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a slightly steep staircase leading to the bedrooms (not suitable for people with mobility issues). One bedroom has a double bed, and another has two single beds. Fly screens are installed on the windows to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet and bathtub; on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet and shower. In the living room, you can relax on the couch in front of the TV or listen to the radio. From the dining room, you have a direct view of the idyllic garden with a small pond. From spring through fall, patio furniture is available on the terrace. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM; on Mondays and Thursdays, later check-ins may be possible. Check-in by arrangement. Please let us know your desired arrival time. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Initial supply of towels, bed linens, and final cleaning are included. Parking is included.
