Located in O'Fallon, enjoy what this 2-bedroom house has to offer. The charming home features two king beds and three bathrooms, equipped with a hair dryer for guests’ convenience. Bright and inviting, lots of indoor plants, the space creates a wonderful atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living area or preparing a meal in the kitchen, this enchanting house feels like a true home away from home. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Pickle Ball courts, kids park, and picnic tables across the street, walking trails and a private back yard, with BBQ pit (bring you own wood). Owner lives there full time when not occupied. Clothing hanger and assorted hangers available in main bedroom to hang clothes, Mission style cabinet also available for clothes and personal items in master bedroom. Anything in the refrigerator or pantry is available for guests and you do not have to replace just advise if we run out of anything. Charcoal will need to be purchased for outside Weber grill and firewood if you would like to use the fire pit. Garage is not accessable along with a few room/storage areas.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all used sheets, leave comforters on the beds, remove all used towels, and please put in the laudry room downstairs.
Turn off ceiling fans, clean up. dog poop and put in trash can on the side of the house, the left side as you come out of the home
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and gorgeous house the price was reasonable and worth the cost. The host was very informative and easy to contact for any questions. Very close to a variety of stores, I would highly recommend for your next trip.

The House was perfect for us. The location was a little far from things, but a beautiful area. Everything was great with the house except the sink in the master bathroom was slow to drain. And we didn’t have a broom or vacuum to clean up a few things. Other than that, we would stay here again.

So I will start by saying that the house and the yard were beautiful. I guess the issues that we had was that when we arrived at the house you could tell that someone had been or does live there on a permanent basis. All of the closets, drawers and fridge were full. We had to separate the items in the fridge so we knew what was ours and what wasn't. We had no space to hang or put our clothes. There was personal stuff on the bathroom counters, medications and other items. The other bathroom was clean except for the tub. You could see the gunk in the drain so we never used that bathroom. Normally you rent a space and don't have to worry about medications and alcohol so easily accessible to my young children. Just was surprised by that.

Thank you Steve for the comments. I do live there full time when not occupied by guests. This is stated in my profile and hence the name “Cobblestome home retreat”. I did however provide a clothing rack to hang clothes will hangers and a Mission style cabinet for setting your clothes and belongings. Everything in the cupboards and refrigerator is available to use or eat also stated. Hence there may have been a few alcoholic beverages. I am checking with my cleaners as to why the tub was not clean as they send me photos when completed, that is a spare bathroom and there was an additional full bath downstairs - this is a concern and will be addressed. Next time please advise and I will have them return to clean the issue. I dont keep many items stocked in the refrigerator and when I returned it was the same. Again I appreciate the comments and will address.
