Das Apartment bietet Meerblick und Sicht auf den Teide. Lage und Ausstattung sind ideal für einen Langzeiturlaub. Es gibt Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen ist jedoch ein PKW von Vorteil. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Liegen und Schirme sind ausreichend vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder!

ruhige Oase im Paradies
Sehr nettes Apartment, da hat sich beim Umbau und Renovieren jemand Gedanken gemacht! Ich habe vor Ort gearbeitet und war 14 Tage zu Workations in diesem Apartment, mit kl. Mietwagen von Cicar. Himmlische Ruhe, alles was man benötigt, so dass man das Apartment mit der tollen Aussicht vom Balkon am liebsten gar nicht verlassen möchte. Ich habe bereits erneut reserviert und komme somit wieder! Die Infrastruktur ist im Norden der Insel ebenfalls perfekt, kleine und günstige Lokale in Santa Ursula (quasi in Garagen oder beim Winzer), gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel bei Lidl und Mercadona, sowie auf Bauernmärkten, die Nähe zu Puerto de la Cruz, wenn man shoppen möchte oder ärztliche Betreuung benötigt... Für mich wirklich perfekt in La Quinta mit einem Auto und was Preis & Leistung des Apartments betrifft, wurden meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Ich kenne Teneriffa und verschiedene Anlagen, Apartments, Wohnungen und Fincas auf der Insel seit fast 30 Jahren. Volle Empfehlung, wenn man Ruhe sucht und wenig Platz benötigt!
