Welcome to this brand new and unique Caymen Blue pentadecagonal; 15 sided house. Located 7 miles north of Palmyra, Indiana just a few hundred feet from SR 135. Easy access to Corydon, New Albany and Louisville. Sleeps 6 with a queen and full size bed upstairs and a european style sleeper/sofa in the basement. Located on 2 wooded acres with the grounds under development for a peaceful walk in the woods. Enjoy the firepit with friends and family for your evening hot dog roast or just a place to relax and watch and listen to a crackling fire, firewood supplied at no charge. A huge deck overlooks the forest where you can listen to the wild birds sing and enjoy the view while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening meal. This is a one of a kind experience in a very unusual house. Huge pine trees will lull you to sleep. You'll not find anything like it!

We bought this property about a year and a half ago. It was originally a geodesic dome home that unfortunately was never completed. We decided to take it down to the existing poured basement walls then rebuilt a yurt style home on it. It's been a challenge but phun!

Why they chose this property

What we like about this place is that is has easy access to many nice locations within a 30-45 minute drive away. Corydon, Salem, New Albany and Louisville are easily accessible. Plus in a short time you are back in a natural setting within your own secluded area. There are 2 Nature Preserves close to this home.

What makes this property unique

The striking Cayman Blue color and the unique 15 sided shape with the huge deck overlooking the forest out back is inviting for sure. The stainless steel deck cabeling gives an unobstructed view of the woods for a peaceful feel.
