Perfect Getaway Near Louisville!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bath home in Fredericksburg, Indiana. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone—perfect for lounging during the day and unwinding in the evenings. The outdoor seating area under the canopy was perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.The home is very family-friendly, with plenty of space for both kids and adults to enjoy. Amazing Stay

This location is remote yet close enough to the city to get things you need. It felt like our home. We enjoyed the amazing back yard every morning and the pool was a blast. Although the house is large we felt so comfortable it was the best!

Great house

Our family enjoyed our week at this house. It has so much room for fun and relaxation and the pool was great! Nice sized rooms where we could spread out or all be in the same room! The host was very good to work with and very responsive. We would definitely choose this house again!

Wonderful getaway

We have a friend group that gets together every year and this was our first year at this property. It was the perfect place to accommodate 10 of us with plenty of space to enjoy outside and feel remote while still having gathering space inside with comfy beds for everyone. We’re so happy with our stay. The host was super responsive to any questions and it was a great experience overall.

Beautiful House

Enjoyed four nights at the house with family. It has plenty of room. We had 8 adults and 3 kids under 2 and never felt overcrowded. It was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. The pool and hot were very nice too! We would stay there again! Steve

Peaceful place to Relax

Beautiful, clean home with lots of room to spread out. Our family loved the pool and hot tub to relax. We had five high schoolers with us and they loved having the basement to themselves. I only wish there was a store closer for last minute items we forgot but I will take that for the beautiful setting, peace and quiet this home offers.

Great Family Vacation

We had 7 adults and 7 kids, ages 3-13, stay for a week. With the pool, hot tub, and sprawling property, we barely had to leave. Both kitchens and all rooms well furnished and stocked so we could cook feasts at home during our stay. Everything was clean and well-taken care of but also nice for families. It was a great time.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family gathering!

This large home is nestled in a wooded area about 30 minutes from Louisville. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape and the large swimming pool. There are multiple tables in the house that are perfect for playing games or having dinner together. The home is designed with entertaining in mind. There is a kitchen and living area on both the Main level and the basement level. Parking is close to the house and very convenient. I would highly recommend this home.

Multi generational happy family

This is a gem of a house. 14 multi generational family members enjoyed a week long vaca. Everything was as promised and was impressed with quick responses to a few minor issues. The pool/ hot tub was used by all. Clean, solidly built house allowed for elders to go to bed early while teens were still playing games. Will definitely be going back!!

Fitting for Large group of adults

The house is a great layout and accommodates multiple adult couples. This was unique in that a lot of homes have four or five bedrooms but most have just one or two king/queen beds and the other beds are twin beds or bunk beds. So when I saw that they had five queen or large beds in the five bedrooms, that was great. Host was very responsive and helpful. It’s a little far out from Louisville but when u need beds for adult couples it is a great place.

Beautiful house, pool and property

My family had an amazing stay. Tom and Denise are very accommodating. The pool was clean and the whole outside area around the pool was great. Tons of seating. My family of 18 spent the whole time out there. Kids had a blast swimming. The house is fully equipped, there’s nothing you would need to bring. Beds were all comfortable and rooms were clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Loved it!!!!!!

God truly blessed us with a wonderful weekend. We had great weather all memorial weekend long, plenty of space for everyone & plenty of things to do. We spent most of our time in the pool & hot tub. The owners provided plenty of beach towels for the pool. Everything was as described as listed. If you truly want to get away from the rat race for a few days I would recommend going here. Thank you Denise for providing such a beautiful home for others to spend some time at.

As former educators, we love people! We operate a bed & breakfast, antique shop & an events venue + catering facility, but often don't have the space to accommodate larger families or groups so we decided to replace our previous home/vacation rental with a similar house to allow us to have our own family gathering place and a place for others to enjoy as well!

Beautiful architectural structure & setting, perfect layout and accommodations for groups- up to 18 people drew us to this house. We love the outdoors and privacy and this has plenty of both! The Louisville/Southern Indiana area has many attraction and events to make an adventuresome vacation for anyone.

Water feature, private balconies & patios, wonderful views, pool, hot tub, 10 acres of hiking, pure luxury in a peaceful, private setting. Spacious house with beds for 12 & sleeper sofas for 6. Lots of space to get the entire group together as well as private areas for conversation & family time. Kid & family friendly!
