Absolutely fantastic property for our group of 10 for the Kentucky Derby. Tons of room, large main level, great kitchen and dining and whole lower level was great for hanging out and pool area was fantastic. Gorgeous property. Host was excellent and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

2nd stay here. Accommodations great. Space, pool and hot tub all wonderful. The gas grill is on its last legs and unfortunately we had planned dinners around it so we had to use the oven.

This location is remote yet close enough to the city to get things you need. It felt like our home. We enjoyed the amazing back yard every morning and the pool was a blast. Although the house is large we felt so comfortable it was the best!

Great Family Vacation

We had 7 adults and 7 kids, ages 3-13, stay for a week. With the pool, hot tub, and sprawling property, we barely had to leave. Both kitchens and all rooms well furnished and stocked so we could cook feasts at home during our stay. Everything was clean and well-taken care of but also nice for families. It was a great time.

Wonderful getaway

We have a friend group that gets together every year and this was our first year at this property. It was the perfect place to accommodate 10 of us with plenty of space to enjoy outside and feel remote while still having gathering space inside with comfy beds for everyone. We’re so happy with our stay. The host was super responsive to any questions and it was a great experience overall.

As former educators, we love people! We operate a bed & breakfast, antique shop & an events venue + catering facility, but often don't have the space to accommodate larger families or groups so we decided to replace our previous home/vacation rental with a similar house to allow us to have our own family gathering place and a place for others to enjoy as well!

Why they chose this property

Beautiful architectural structure & setting, perfect layout and accommodations for groups- up to 18 people drew us to this house. We love the outdoors and privacy and this has plenty of both! The Louisville/Southern Indiana area has many attraction and events to make an adventuresome vacation for anyone.

What makes this property unique

Water feature, private balconies & patios, wonderful views, pool, hot tub, 10 acres of hiking, pure luxury in a peaceful, private setting. Spacious house with beds for 12 & sleeper sofas for 6. Lots of space to get the entire group together as well as private areas for conversation & family time. Kid & family friendly!
