Welcome to our Lake Wazeecha Getaway!

As the new owners of this property, we are excited to share this lake home with guests looking to enjoy all that Wisconsin Rapids and the surrounding area has to offer. Not only is Wisconsin Rapids known for its cranberries, it is also close to the world class Sand Valley golf course.

Located directly on Lake Wazeecha, the home features private lake frontage, a private pier, and stunning water views from the large upper deck. Just steps away is a park with a playground and a public beach called White Sands Beach, making it a great destination for families. Across the street from the park, is a small mini golf course that serves up delicious Cedar Crest ice cream and concessions-style snacks.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the paved 4-mile recreation trail that passes directly in front of the property and circles the entire lake and county park grounds.

This property also has a unique history. In its early days, the parcel operated as a small lakeside resort featuring three cabins and an innkeeper's residence before the current lake home was built. Today, the neighboring residences are occupied year-round and share the large U-shaped driveway as shown in the aerial photos. The blue arrow in the photo identifies the lake home that is available for your stay.

This home is an exposed ranch featuring central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for families or groups up to 10. The exterior of the home has cameras for the security of our guests and our property.

The main level of the home features:

• Dining area with seating for 8
• Comfortable living room with seating for 8
• Bedroom 1: King bed w/ en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Second full bathroom
• Laundry room
• Enclosed sun porch being used as a game room with air hockey table and dartboard (please note there is no heating/cooling in this space)

The lower level of the home features:

• Family room with seating for 7
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: One full bed and Two twin beds
• Full bathroom with clawfoot bathtub and handheld shower

Lots of room, spotless. The deck is amazing. Beach, playground and Mini golf just a few steps away. The fabulous walking pass will take you around the entire lake. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for a great getaway!Laura

This property was everything and more! It was super clean and the communication with the hosts was fabulous. We spent a week there with a family of 5 and could have fit 5 more. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels. We look forward to coming back next summer .

This property is a must if you enjoy lake living, very spacious living area with more than enough room to relax. The property was very clean and inviting when we arrived. The large deck over looks Lake Wazeecha, large backyard with lake access, sandy beaches only a short walk away, 4.0 mile hiking trial around the lake right outside the front door. The hosts do a great job and are very accessible if needed. Our family enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year. This property is what you are looking for if you enjoy relaxing in a lake setting.

This property has it all. Four bedrooms sleep 10 on 2 levels each with their own large screen TV. The game room was a plus. Three full bathrooms. Covered deck upstairs and lower level walkout patio. Plenty of outdoor furniture for all. Beautiful lake views! Coffee on the full length deck watching the sun rise, paddle boarders push off and folks walking and cycling the trail while the late nighters slept in. We had a lot of fun playing air hockey and darts. The boat dock right out our back yard was wonderful. We brought our bicycles and circled the lake trail several times by bike and also on foot. Full size refrigerator held plenty of food. The range, micro and dishwasher kept us moving through meals and snacks. Kitchen is a dream! Nice working island and several people didn't crowd each other out. Dining table seats 8 while 2 large sofas and 2 swivel rockers accommodated everyone. Several side tables throughout both floors. Plenty of towels stocked was a huge plus! Right next door to a beach and playground and across the street from a mini golf and ice cream shop. Ours was a shorter stay: Sat-Sun-Mon with Tuesday check-out. Wish we could have stayed longer.
