Private: well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 50 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Boules, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bar 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 32 km, sandy beach "Sainte Maxime" 53 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, fishing possibilities 3 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Baou, Cotignac, Abbaye du Thoronet, Calanques de Cassis, Vallon Sourn, Sillans La Cascade. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte Croix 48 km, Carcès 3 km. Hiking paths: Bessillion, Plaine des Maures, Gorges du Verdon. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
