Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allen wichtigen Ausstattungsgegenständen und super Lage mit direktem Meerblick. Auf dem Balkon in der Sonne zu frühstücken haben wir sehr genossen. Die durchgängig sonnigen Tage um 24 Grad haben die Wohnung mit Südausrichtung stark aufgeheizt, wegen mangelndem Sonnenschutz wurde es für meinen Geschmack sehr warm, teils noch mehr als 27 Grad am Abend. Durch das Lüften am Abend kamen mangels Insektenschutz jedoch allerlei Insekten in die Wohnung, wodurch die Nächte erstens warm und zweitens von blutsaugenden Plagegeistern gestört waren. Auch gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Wohnung wirklich abzudunkeln, sodass man mit einsetzendem Tageslicht geweckt wird.Außenrolladen, Insektenschutznetze oder eine Klimaanlage haben zu einer 5-Sterne-Bewertung gefehlt.Auch der Check-In war etwas holprig, weil ich scheinbar eine E-Mail mit Anweisungen übersehen hatte, die besagen sollte, dass der Schlüssel zur Wohnung vorab an einer komplett anderen Adresse abgeholt werden müsste. Hier würde ich empfehlen, die Check-In-Anweisungen in die Beschreibung der FeWo zu übernehmen, damit man dies von unterwegs über die App noch einmal nachlesen kann.

Wir haben uns sehr auf die Wohnung gefreut, laut der Dame am Telefon sei diese auch erst frisch renoviert worden. In der Wohnung angekommen waren wir dann etwas enttäuscht.Die wirklich alte Küche besteht aus gefühlt 5 Haushalten die zusammen gewürfelt wurden. Es gibt einiges Doppelt und dreifach, anderes nicht (bsp. Kartoffel Schäler). Die sehr, sehr poröse Fliegenklatsche hat leider bei der ersten Fliege den Geist aufgegeben, diese haben wir natürlich ersetzt.Als wir ankamen fanden wir im Bad eine Zahnbürste vor, die hoffentlich nicht von den Vorbesitzern stammte. Der Putzlappen lag auch noch unter dem Waschbecken und das Klo hatte ein Haar am Toilettensitz das definitiv nicht von uns stammte. Das Bett war unglaublich unbequem und hart, dazu kommt das es ein Schrankbett ist und man sich sehr „gefangen“ fühlt. Wir sind dann aufs Sofa ausgewichen, das war aber nur minimal besser. Gesamt waren unsere Nächste sehr schlecht, was den Urlaub nicht unbedingt entspannt gemacht hat. Die Wärme hat sich in der Wohnung sehr angestaut, nachts hatten wir dann alle Fenster auf und dank fehlender Fliegengitter gefühlt 100 Fliegen in der Wohnung.Das Fenster in der Küche kann nur mit Vorsicht ganz aufgemacht werden, die Deckenlampe hängt zu weit vorne.Eine „Erklärung“ für das Müllsystem wäre ebenfalls praktisch gewesen, es kann nur ein Teil am Haus entsorgt werden. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen, auch wenn die Lage wirklich top ist & der Parkplatz ist gut erreichbar.
