We thought we saw that there was air conditioning but there is not, however, there were ample fans in the rooms. When we were there a couple thunderstorms came through so the evening temperatures were cool. We opened windows to air out the heat (especially upstairs) the mornings. The property was clean. It was walkable to downtown (about 1 mile). The pool was one door away, which was great! The furniture was nice but a little on the cheaper side. The couch was like a storage sectional, and some of the storage tops would shift and fall into the box which made the cushion fall in as well. The light and fan operations in the main two bedrooms took a little getting used to (whether to use the switch on the wall or the buttons on the wall ?!?). The listing also says 3 bedrooms, but only has occupancy for a 2 room. The third room is a loft with bunk beds (open to the main living room below), but there is a sign on the door that gives all liability to the renter if they use the space at all (kind of weird but I get it cause there is not a window and there is not safety measures for smaller kids who might think it fun to crawl up on the banister to see drown below). All that being said, now that we have stayed in this location; we would probably book it again in the future. Host was very reachable and had good tips about the area.
